Man, this is the kinda challenge I would love. SO many different types of dishes and so many different flavors. Almost impossible to get flavor fatigue. Joel of course powered through it in a half hr while talking as the gentleman he is. Looks so good. As a meat eater myself, I love me some tasty vegetarian dishes as well.

I love the manager, he not only told you the names and explained their ingredients but he gave you a tour of India too. He's the kind of soul that makes our melting pot more colorful and flavorful; he clearly loves and cares about the food. I also like how the challenge is very fair on portions. The bowls aren't massive and are reasonably full not overflowing. Very nice place. Wonderfully sweet gentleman running the show.

I think about the flavour fatigue you must experience from time to time, but then I see this challenge, and it's almost the polar opposite. I'd be overwhelmed by all the different flavours, and we all know how much flavour Indian food packs into everything; in the best way possible. Simply amazing what you accomplish. I have not tried most of these but I feel like this is a nice way to highlight that food can be delicious and flavourful even if it's vegetarian and there's plenty of options and different ways to cook different vegetables, because a lot of the times people think being vegetarian means just eating salads, which does not sound appetizing.
