This was my first time watching one of your videos. I'm shocked at how much you can put away! Oh wow. Indian food is the best. A lot of people have the wrong idea about it and think its all about HEAT but it's really more about the subtle blending of different spices. If there's nowhere near you to get it, you can (or maybe your hubby can) learn to make it yourselves. There's a book called 'The curry secret' by Kris Dhillon that's really good for teaching you the basics for the style of Indian food cooked in restaurants. I was given it about 20 years ago and it taught me a lot. I'm going to be making some chicken tikka for the BBQ at an upcoming family gathering and I can't wait. I wish you luck on your journey of curry discovery!

i absolutely love Indian food. Beef vindaloo, butter chicken, madras, doesn't matter. Jolaf rice or plain rice, or even saffron rice.. love them. In Britain, traditional Indian food is one of the most popular cuisines, especially curries! I’m surprised in North America it isn’t more popular.

I'm not a fan of curry but those sandwiches and kabob chicken look super good.
