The middle part between the tiles is a black steel so she won't fall and be safe. If you touch the dud tile, it will surely break immediately due to it being 100% Styrofoam. If she really cheated and step on the dud tile to feel it, even if it is only the small corner part, the dud tile will show a small crack or deformity due to the pressure being applied.
