I’m glad the concept of “muscle crashes” is making it into your regular content now, not just your streams. It’s a normal and recurring enough part of your particular health needs, that it make sense for your regular viewers to know about it. “Scar you ok?” “Muscle crash.” “Ahhh. My bestie has bad brain days were they can’t speak bc their brain tumor presses on their speech center. (I mean they have several other health issues only minorly related to the tumor, but I figured this’ll just be a good example) asking how their doing and getting a “bad brain day” is so helpful because, yes it sucks, but I know that they aren’t having some other complications. I can give them space, wish them well, and be at peace knowing that they’re “technically” ok in the grand scheme of things. I’ve been concerned a couple of times when scar says his health is acting up (usually not too much unless he’s in the hospital; I have fibromyalgia, so I am no stranger to flare ups) so having a name for a common health issue is nice cuz I can go “ok he’s not in the hospital, this is just the normal sucky side affects of having health issues. No technoblades today (surprise cc deaths; I knew the kid had cancer, but had thought it was going into remission. And then he was dead, so it was a big shock) Thanks for pointing out the muscle crashes, cuz I don’t watch scars streams all that much (not in a very stream mood atm) and it didn’t click that this was a flare up type of situation

@@echonvoid Yeah I was shocked by Techno’s death too, I thought he was in remission. From what I recall, Scar can feel when his body is going to crash within a few days, and then it hits and he’s in bed for a couple weeks or until he feels better. His muscles just kinda, Don’t Muscle anymore (I think). So everything that he can even still do at that point, still takes much more effort. Ore Mountain was a result of one such muscle crash, when all he could do was sit in bed and mine ores, so he mined ALL the ores.

I watched the modmaker's video and apparently you can counter the Diamond Spark by wearing a carved pumpkin. You still have to slay the living gems though. And I don't have to tell you it was the Sugar Cane spiking you since you should see that by the time you edited the video. Also Jimmy has a book on a lectern listing how to counter the impossible.

My favorite bit about this episode is that Scar had the presence of mind to make an incredibly esoteric reference to The Birds out of absolutely nowhere, but was too shell-shocked by the scarecrow to spit out Hitchcock's name. Classic Scar, never change. Another excellent episode of pain and trauma!
