23:05 he hit one barrel and crit another barrel, 22 first strike gold. i think first time lulu guardian shield reduced the damage from first strike to 21, and then when you crit and one shot the teemo i guess the first strike damage and gold didnt go through since it was mid first strike projectile when it ran out? if thats the case then its reaaally stupid that you get less first strike duration the longer range you have, you only get about 2.5 seconds if you need to account for projectile speed, since if you go after 2.5 sec the projectile wont come to the enemy in time for it to do damage, and thus give you gold. it could also be that first strike cant give gold if you one shot the target so fast that the projectile cant even appear, though i think that would make it much worse for late game champs, since you would not be able to get first strike gold if you one shot them.
