I didn't realize how OP throne was until I noticed that abars reckoning kept on hitting the damage cap. Then gave her more damage and she pretty much carried the rest of the game

I think throne is prob one of the best characters in the game because of the night bonuses and banger latent power, and thief divine is still op, crushing almost everything

you really dont need alpiones on her to hit max damage cap easily. sisters amulet + champions belt + better accessories its pretty easy to hit max damage without nuts. Also theres a "quick cloak" and "cloth headband" which both gie pretty significant speed boosts. with all that+ armor corrosive(either her own or another) the speed/attack boost from quickstep and another character +full power she hits 99,999 fairly consistenty (same thing goes for agnea as well as her and throne have similar offensive stats, im sure, although due to her latent and main job shes probably better off as a cleric or sumin.) alpiones is way better on a slower character who cant abuse aebers as well. Hikari is probably the best at this as his learned skill "limb from limb" can deal up to 50k 4x. Pretty decent on warmaster ochette as well.

I am considering getting this game though it’s not the best place to ask. How challenging is this game?

very dependant on how familiar you are with JRPGs. Comparitively its really not that difficult. It has its share of challenges but nothing crazy

@@2265Hello I mean, if you find something broken, you can just decide not to use it if you feel. That's what I did with a certain support skill that you can get incredibly early.

@@gavino5505 I might do that but the conjurer build seems fun for the thief character and I will probably find ways to gimp since it seems to rely on damage increasing skills based on the name

@@2265Hello if you play the game blind its pretty difficult but if you know where to get a bunch of good gear early you can make the game very easy for yourself. almost every encounter can be cheesed later on with certain setups even when playing blind. the rewarding part of the game is making it all come together imo

How does the Conjurer Throne hit multiple times after she attacks? I don't have that class unlocked yet and I'm trying to figure out how you are getting those extra strikes.

If you mean the extra wind strike then it's part of the Conjurer skills. Without saying much it lets the party have a secondary elemental attack after most physical attacks and scales with your magic stat (I believe). Some bosses can also give the effect from using Cleaving Blow on the hunter class

There's an accessory that gives you 1200 hp and lets you deal damage based on how low your HP is, one of the best accessories out there.

Is finisher’s claw reliable if i my Throne’s crit stat is only 265? because if it isn’t, then i’m wondering if i should just use other accessories you listed.

in my experience 400 crit is when it starts to be real consistent. Otherwise I’d suggest using Ochette’s take aim skill or inventor’s critcal scope to guarantee a crit. You’ll get way more damage from Finisher Claws than the other acc

@@milkman2808 cool, i don't have alpione's amulet yet so i just subbed in the sister's amulet so my crit is 346 now and my subjob with throne is cleric so i can equip giant's club. i don't want to use nuts yet so i'm just hitting 66k consistently per target.

In the cabin by the lake just outside New Delsta, you can get the Inventor job. Now, buy an unerring earring from the weapon shop in New Delsta. Go to Calbrine by boat and buy a critical earring there. Return to the cabin and build the critical scope. This op af skill makes all hits the target takes critical for the next *4* *turns* . Throne can literally do this within the first hour and a half of the game.

@@mappybc6097 i have the inventor class, but it doesn't allow me to equip Giant's club on Throne so i'm just using sister's amulet for crit and cleric for giant's club equip.

@Andy Tran Oh, but you don't have to equip it on her. Equip the job on a support unit and use it just before someone breaks the enemy. Throne also has skills for boosting her speed and lowering foes physical defense that you can prioritize pretty early on the game. Long before I had her divine skill, I was hitting for 9999 with surprise atk on broken enemies thanks to critical scope.
