Some of their stuff is too much cringe for me, and the grocery store ones aren't good IMO, but yes: these name games are pretty good and IMO the best are the focus groups, presentations and some punishments. Murray's punishments when he was forced to go skydiving and "Lower Body Hazing" were some of the best. Other great ones were Joe's "He's Johnny From Karate Kid" and "Coat Check to Runway Model". So many great ones...

My brother and I used to watch this together, and we’d have tears streaming down our faces at times. You’ve got to do more of these, and definitely watch one of the end, where the loser has to face his punishment. One of the best ones was when three of the guys had to get tattoos, and they didn’t know what they were until they pulled the bandages off.

My kid is obsessed with them. They were on tour in Indianapolis on Friday and in Nashville either the day before or day after that. We were going to go to one of them but some unexpected expenses came up squashing those plans. She was pretty bummed about it.

Give them a watch at least once. Personally, I like the new episodes, although I miss Joe as well. There is one punishment in the new seasons that didn't land too much for me, where Sal is giving a tour of a museum; the celebrity guests were kind of lame. The other skits and punishments are actually quite good.

There was a KZbin channel that did pranks called mediocrefilms and they had list pranks where you make the other persons list for wal mart and have them ask for as many things before they give up helping the person you made a list for... the items I remember are an eye removal kit... dog poison... daddy butter... and a map of the world without Canada on it. Another good one... he stood next to a guy with a 'free hugs' sign who gave away hugs... but he made a deluxe hugs-5 dollars sign. Free hug guy wanted to fight

Please give “Kill Tony” another chance as well. Kam Patterson/Aaron Belisle/David Lucas vs Tony. Newer stand ups get a minute to do some of their material and if they bomb or do well, then Tony and his guests roast them and the comedians are encouraged to roast them back. (Tony was a writer for the Comedy Central roasts so some of the jokes from the Charlie Sheen roast were probably written by him.)

I was a correctional officer (thought about what she said or he said rather about a nurse putting on Scrubs and calling out names are made up like this) at a certain part of the day I'd be in charge of giving up the mail, and sometimes I create my own envelopes with names on them just to see their. One such name was Herbie Hancock Goldfart. Almost all the room just cracked up when they heard it. Doing stuff like that lightens the mood. They appreciated my humor

Years ago I worked for a non-profit agency that gave aid to persons with a particular illness. So we'd get referrals from hospital social workers (among other sources) and not long after I started, a social worker from the largest hospital in our region referred a woman who was in great need, with an advanced form of the illness - young, too, in her middle 20s. Very sad. Her name was Irena Deusensheidt. As one does in times of stress, the social worker and I kind of giggled over her name. She said to me, "Her maiden name is..." and I interrupted her saying we didn't need that, and she said, "Oh but you do!" So, I said, "Ok, tell me her maiden name." "Ilgenfritz." If you say it all together, it sounds utterly fake. :) (For the record, the names aren't her true names, but her true names were very similar.)
