For two days no one was allowed in or out and even room-to-room movement was restricted. Details of what occurred are unconfirmed but an anonymous source within the hospital at the time claims that, besides two doctors on staff and one Diamond Dog Surgeon, only three people were ever allowed into the room. One was a paraplegic. Missing an arm and a leg, he wore a trench coat, a beret and a pair of Aviator Sunglasses that he never removed. The second was a grizzled soldier with an eyepatch. Wherever this man went, soldiers would salute. This man must have been their leader - BigBoss. The informant also claims that this second man had a "black horn like a devil". This coincides with intelligence surveillance from ------------. But the informant's claims become questionable when describing the third man. "I never saw this guy actually go into the room. But just a couple hours before these mercenaries packed up and left... I heard two supressed gunshots. Hollywood lies about the noise of a suppressed gunshot. It's still pretty loud. Patients on other floors might not have been able to hear it, but I was close enough just by being on the same floor... um... Then the man with the Beret and glasses stormed out of the room. The Surgeon that worked for the mercenaries came out next, wheeling a gurney. And then... god this sound mental... The man with the horn... he was standing there having a conversation with... a twin? I don't know really. They were like twins but one had all those scars and that horn... the other one still had an eyepatch but no horn and less scarring. They were having a conversation but they were whispering. The man with the horn made a salute... and the man without the horn returned the salute. I'll never forget how strange it looked. Like a man saluting his own demon. After that, the man with the horn left and the other one went back into the room. I could hear all the mercenaries leaving, their boots marching out the doors, a helicopter leaving and vehicles driving away. Even after it seemed certain that they were all gone... It took an hour for me to stop shaking. I finally went to that room. With my hand on the door, my heart racing... I don't know what I was expecting... but I know I never saw that man leave. So I knew he had to be in there... but when I opened the door and saw nothing? I was relieved. Confused but relieved. I don't know how any of it could have happened but that man must have somehow left the room, taking the bodies of the doctors with him and somehow he left with no trace. The windows were locked from the inside, he couldn't have gone out through the one door... Except for two missing doctors, there was no evidence that anyone had been here. And I tried really hard to find some. I couldn't."

Ocelot is available in the base game, you just have to be on Liquid to play as him, Heros have to be on, and be lucky enough to play as him. As for quiet, she is dlc content
