I had no problem with my delivery, but the UPS man left it at my doorstep and I opened the door and scooped the mirror up. I got the Hollywood Iconic Vanity mirror and I love it. but now I want an upgrade to the reflections vanity mirror. your vanity looks lovely!

I have made 3 purchases from Impressions. I got the Slaystation table top and drawer bundle, a beautiful champagne rotating chair and the vanity pro 2.0 mirror with LED bulbs. I live in Florida - each shipped beautifully and I had zero issues. (FedEx can suck - but hey. That's FedEx.) Ahead of time I called FedEx, gave them the tracking # and let them know when to deliver. They did that. The only time I had to pay for shipping was for the table - which was over 200 lbs. Understandable. All 3 are some of the best purchases I've ever made. Beautiful products, worth the storage and lighting. The only complaint I have is how difficult it is to put together the table/drawers. But they do warn you about assembly. I hope you at least love your mirror. I love all my products. Best to you!

Thank you for sharing this! I'm so glad you've not had the shipping issues that I have. I received a few products during the Christmas season delivered by FedEx and they did a great job and the items were usually early or at the least never late. After using this mirror for a few months now, I have to say that I really do love it. I don't want to go through the delivery installation process again but I'm happy I have it. I've seen the slaystation table and it looks amazing (even better in person). I hope you're absolutely loving it! 😘

Amazing review, they should have sent you the bulbs..no questions asked and I would have said " NO, you need to send them to me, I just spent such and such on this damn mirror." Its not fair you had to go buy new ones.

As an online shopper delivery and packaging is everything. I ordered the biggest vanity and mirror. I also wanted the mirror with the Bluetooth. At the time the Bluetooth mirror was sold out. The very next day i looked again and the company had restocked the mirror. I immediately reached out to customer service and informed them that i wanted the mirror with the Bluetooth and that i will pay the difference. No one got back to me until one week later, and they had clearly not even read my email. So that option was clearly out the window. There was a problem with the delivery they kept postponing delivery date, all 3 packages came on different days, and the boxes were wet, broken, and just clearly missed handled. One of the bulbs were bended, and the vanity pieces were defected in a dew spots. Any time the manufacturer made a mistake on the wood, they would paint over it to cover it up with white paint!!! The thumtack that goes underneath the drawers were super cheap, and the separators that goes between the glass and the drawer top, did not come with the package. I had to go to homedepot and buy some and buy better bottoms for the bottom of the drawers. Really I dont understand how people hype this company when they clearly dont care for customer satisfaction. Yet they go above and beyond for makeup influencers. I spent 1700. And i had the worst experience ever.......

The same problem that you had with FedEx is the same problem I’ve had with UPS except they never sent the driver back to my house, just shipped my package back. And I also live in Massachusetts lol. Not sure of why this happened but happy it all worked out.

Oh my gosh! Did you end up getting the package ok? I will say that I did get another package from Fedex and it arrived a day early and it also required a signature and the driver was super nice!

I went to test everything out at impressions and everything worked then when I got back I had a hard problem with one of the outlets and I was freaking out because it was hard to push in but I really had to push it In a couple of times and then it was easy to plug it in

So it is my light 💡 doing the buzzing sound. 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I don’t have those lightbulbs I have the white one the LED one but not the see-through ones I’m going to have to invest on my light bobs then.😩 Thank you for showing me I need to mount the vanity mirror in to the wall. 🤔 I have in in the big surfing bored. And yes your right it take lots off Space. 😖

I’ve gotten the buzzing sound also from the bulbs when I got an impressions vanity. But I just kept the bulbs and the sound eventually went away.

I bought the same mirror. And they ended up sending me the plus one inside of the pro which was annoying. But the costumer service was very nice overall and helped me a lot. Still waiting for my mirror tho. ☹️ Btw how much was the total of all of the Phillips lights ?

Oh no! And yes, I totally agree that the customer service was great! I got 16 because they come in package of two and for the 60w I think I payed $60 and for the 40w (what impressions offers) I think those are $50 for 16. I would check Home Depot website to see if the price is still the same. 😘

We have some companies closer that make much higher quality mirrors for less money. I think I will be looking at their mirrors instead. The plug issue and the bulbs should have been resolved better by the company. Do the Philips led 40w bulb get hot?

If you get the LEDs (which I would recommend) then they only get warm at the base, not like the incandescent do--those get hot!

exrience is not good so far..mine came with my mirror and stand ONLY..It had no bulbs which I bought the led frosted in cool white and It came with no screws,hardware Nothing..I can't get in touch with anyone their phone just rings and finally it says the phone is no longer in service. I tried emailing them several times no answer I know they see my emails cause earlier I emailed them right after I just purchased my order to upgrade oh they answered me right away by the way.I wished I would have Googled them and looked on BBB site first.I will update but for now I have a vanity that I can't put together.

Great question! In short: power usage and brightness. 40w equivalent led uses less power but is less bright. Hope this helps! 🙂
