Power acoustic subs hit, they got that good bass that old school subs had back in the day where yhe bass is audible and travels long distances.back in the 90s peoples systems would hit so hard you would hear way before they drove by. Some systems still do that, but for the most part cars nowadays you can be right beside them and only hear rattling and no bass.

I had a kicker as you can tell by the photo blew within the first 2 week and had a dual 2 channel watched a vid and it was rated 150 watts rms and the sub is rated at “300 rms” but I bought a sundown same rating but 400rms still have it but selling cause I want a 18 more expensive sometimes matter like sundown more expensive parts but last and works way longer has a better cooling system better terminals and use OFC leads and not CCA leads well on most of their subs and least use OFC has and over all looks badass with the chrome motors beefy ass baskets and so on but yes you can bang on a budget but don’t expect to do it’s rated power or go over it’s rated power

Waylon Miller well either way it goes me myself Is looking for a 18” sub and the soundqubed subs I can’t find unless used skar heard that u might as well go with the evl instead of the ZVX and the CT sounds is $600 so just for $300 for a sundown ZV5 that Ik for a fact that can handle the low and high notes and probably over power it a little bit it’ll still take it like a champ yea maybe for people tryna bang on a budget and small subs like a 8-12 CT sounds skar and other cheap but good manufacturers will work fine
