I’m middle-aged and throughout my life Ive been confused, agnostic, atheist, religious, deist, atheist again. All over the place 😊 I have a mixed faith family so I’ve had to learn to be tolerant of other beliefs whilst also feeling rather confused myself. I’m glad to say that I do believe in God and I have found Christ. Listening to your wisdom reinforces my beliefs. You’re a wonderful speaker and full of wisdom. You explain things beautifully. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and God bless you ❤

Remember that you’re amazing! Your parents, your ex’s, toxic people etc. Don’t make them become you. You must let go of what they have done. You must move on from what they did. Don’t carry the poison of hurt expecting your life to change. One must heal, forgive and let go to make SPACE for a new life. ~ Much Love from a Growing KZbinr💜

so you just blame others for the way you feel . ? but then you say forgive them , forgive them for what exactly ? if you have forgiven them then nothing they did was negative or toxic as you call it . just saying to yourself that you are amazing is naive and childish . so what if one of the people who you say are toxic think the same of you , then what ?

Oh my God. It's all right here. I see it. The suffering of life is asking what it isn't giving you. God's love is felt when we're not suffering. Having the courage to have faith in God is like daring to have infinite gratefulness.

I'm here sitting in my home in Australia yet, while listening to John just now, I kind of felt very close to him in Spirit. Just like Mary sitting at the feet of Jesus, it was as if I was sitting at the feet of John, listening attentively. Thank you once again.

Thank you John Butler. Although English is not my mother tongue, I enjoy your videos and I believe I can get the positive vibe even with a slight language barrier. At first I heard them in the evenings and fell asleep with them. I wanted to improve my English again a bit and I've heard that falling asleep with the respective language is very effective because the subconscious can process even more. I quickly realized that what I found here is much more than the language. In just a few months you made me question and adjust myself and my point of view on certain things. I have the feeling that I can throw away unnecessary ballast and find a little more with myself. That's why I just want to say thank you. And also to Phil who makes it all possible here. Thank you very much!

Hi John, I love all your videos and perspective about life so much. Much like everyone else, I look forward to them every week. I was wondering if you could ever possibly elaborate a little more about the time you spent in the Peruvian Andes? My mother is from Peru and I find the cultural differences fascinating, much like the difference between Western Europe & Russia.

What an utterly tragic philosophy to live one's life by that we all work from a baseline of sin. Yes we are mortal and fallible but the concept is predicated upon the existence of the divine. This is utter nonsense and diminishes if not eclipses the benign if not goodness of most people and the good which many do irrespective of faith.
