Great tips William! Using zoom is a great tool for meetings, trainings and Improv interactions. Here's what I'd like to see when you do make specific tool-use recommendations (because not all of us are super familiar with Zoom)- perhaps a screen shot of the zoom desk-top with arrows pointing to the tool bars referenced would come in handy. Thanks William!
