Luckily, we can learn new things from Teacher Rupert. 2, Who controls the group of "would-be" dictators? 3, If I were a bird, I would fly all over the sky. Well done! Sentences 1-3 are great. With "If you would", there is usually some sort of instruction. You could say "Now go and get some food. If you would." (Which means "Do what I asked you to do!")
