Improve load performance with Bulk Load in Talend

Good video Vikram. Keep up the good work !! (y) Sorry for asking this basic question,i am new to talend. I have scenario to load a oracle table data to greenplum table. In your video showed us the load from flat file to database using bulk component , but i would like to load DB2DB using bulk load. Could you please help me how to do this.
