Hi Tai, have you reached out to your Google Cloud Account Manager? They should be able to easily help you with solution scoping and pricing.

@@gregrusnell475I have same question. I have spent few weeks trying to locate Visual Inspection API in Google Cloud and couldn’t find it. Tried reach out to Sales or customer service, no feedback, all auto answering machine. Very frustrated. Please help, or was it renamed to something else?

@@TomPeeters1 Apologies as I did not see this comment. Pricing is based on the amount of data, the number and type of inspection points and the type of inspection being conducted. It can be estimated with just a few details, but please note that image quality and training data sets will play a significant role in model effectiveness.

@@bfgedu - the Visual Inspection API is part of the Vertex AI platform. I am not aware of a renaming. You can find high level details here: cloud.google.com/solutions/visual-inspection-ai If you have an existing Google Cloud account you should have direct access to customer support or sales.

Wonder why the 14X ROI for $55 Million, 9X for $23 Million and 10X for $50 Million needed annually totaling $11.4 million needed to support this is not detailed more. These are possible expenditures and costs, but not actual. If these combined companies are loosing $128 million a year they would not be in business long. Great presentation, but don't feel the numbers aren't realistic and truly represent real world costs and defects currently happening in today Manufacturing processes and methods.

Ai has made major strides in the last year. Why no update on quality inspection applications?

It's pretty good as it is now honestly, and it's still a new tool. When more companies start using it you will see updates. Unrelated but somehow relevant, Meta AI just released their SAM2 (Segment-Anything-Model) which now has video support.
