That's a good idea, but difficult to do without laboratory grade equipment. It's really hard to know which sensor is "accurate". I've put several different brands and even multiple units of the same device in the same room and have gotten pretty wildly different results of

Thanks for the review! I bought my Qingping Air Monitor Lite sensor last week for 83 euro's and i'm very happy with it. My homekit home still needs some more stuff to be a proper automated network, but this one is an addition to it! I have a visual disability too and I really like the OLED display because it has a very good contrast. The voice over is good, but i miss the dark mode on the app. But now i discovered you channel and i know you are blind, i will stick around! Subscribed! :-) Greetings, Tom from Belgium

KZbin algorithm Stumbled across this commercial. I made the mistake of buying QuingPing products in the past. They were all junk. Started off strong but died within 6 months. Hey I get a sponsor is a sponsor but if you want to build your channel. Research the product first. Viewers who use your channel recommendations to buy products will remember when they end up getting junk. Just some friendly advise from a long time HomeKit user. Good luck

Allow me to address some inaccuracies in your comment. First, this is not an advertisement for QingPing nor did they sponsor this video. Second, the entire idea behind a review is for it to be unbiased and not influenced by outside research. So if I were to do research as to experiences from other people before posting my own review that would not be representative of my own experience. Lastly I received my review units in June of 2023, a full 10 months before releasing this video. I'm obviously not denying your negative experiences with their products, but mine have worked just fine. Since we're doling out unwarranted advice, you obviously did not watch the video which is fine, but this is definitely something you might want to do before making such false accusations. As opposed to attacking me and my review, it seems more constructive to share your own experiences and how exactly these products failed you. Just some friendly advice from a longtime HomeKit fan who's trying to build a constructive community instead of spreading negativity.
