Could you show how to do this for a face frame cabinet?

I just downloaded Mozaik and found your channel and your videos are amazing. Even your aesthetic is right up my alley (very modern). I have a question regarding this blind cabinet and its more about the look than anything. If you make the panel inset, then the edge banding is visible for the 2 or so inches that aren’t covered by the adjacent cabinet. Wouldn’t it be more aesthetically pleasing to apply it as a faux door panel? Am I missing somethings? Is that an industry standard that nobody notices? I’m kinda self taught and not really too in the know of how things are done in the “industry”.

Glad you like the content! The inset panel can be made out of whatever material you prefer, including the same material as your doors...often that blind panel is almost completely covered by an inside corner filler that is flush with the face of the doors. In that scenario, you would really only ever see that panel when you open your cabinet door to gain access to your blind corner. Side note..."industry standard" is not much of a "standard", there are a thousand ways to make a box out of wood (or wood dust and glue)...do what you think looks best...

@@frostcnc4712 I always add a straight filler between the cabinets but a corner filler makes sense as its easier to attach without having to add a nailer...
