Good video… Discovered this channel again… I played a match for the first time in a very long time, and I finally can relate to a lot of the content said now.. was noticeably nervous in the ball because I didn’t know what to do, even when my technical ability is good in practice, I definitely have massive knowledge gaps in midfield and attacking phase.

You can get pulled in all different directions with lack of confidence, doing the most stupid stuff to improve it. But most of the time it’s plain and simple - knowledge gaps!
