Wifi verbose logging just records more information than the usual logging mode. It is enabled for debug/troubleshooting purposes and if kept on for longer time, it will log larger files and can slow down performance of the android. I don't know how can you fool someone! I ask people to not follow anything just because someone said it, just use your brain atleast.

Unfortunately this happens but the method I use is using the module in magisk. For you who do not know it allows modifications through a system of modules very simple, looking a little more you find. It’s not. I am a software developer and this only enables the phone to keep logs of what’s happening with the Wi-Fi connection, signal. All it does is then save that as a text file somewhere in the OS. Nothing to do with improved Wi-Fi performance.
