Your content is gold, I love the vibe, the energy it's everything I like to do when I play music. I'm glad I came across your content. The tips are useful and allow me to reach the sounds I love so much like Robert Glasper, Elijah Fox ...

I connect more with your music techniques than I do with other professionals. I dunno why? Maybe it’s the zen posture you methods take or a combination of other things … but please don’t stop churning out these amazing videos 👍🏽

Thanks you ! It would be nice if we could see the hand placement in future videos. I never really know how to place my fingers (left hand) correctly to strike another chord Thanks again !
@RogerSimon8 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! As far as hand placement, I'm a fan of just doing what feels right rather than trying to play something the "correct" way. If nothing feels right, keep practicing. Eventually, something will.

Now thinking about it, I had done something like this recently. I only started with the two chords and adding notes to sort of transition, but I'm getting the hang of it! This was a good watch, I'll get around to the other parts of the exercise eventually.

I never warmed up to piano even though I loved the kind of harmonies it tends to produce. Been a Guitar Player before and now I got the Ableton Push to play around with. It has a 64x64 Matrix thats stacked chromatically to the right and vertically in fourths. This allowed me for the first time to unlock harmony. I see the lid up pads of the Push in front of me that help me memorize keys and transition opportunities like common chords. Thusly armed I take great pleasure in following along your little inspirations. I love your calm vibe and the music's beautiful - watching your videos is just such a smooth experience. Thanks for doing something awesome like this
