Thank you for all these valuable information, however my previous knowledge about the word bail lies in it use in case of a government helping companies to face financial difficulties where we hear or read the term « bail out » in the news or in a newspaper.

I didn't know bailing somebody out comes with that. Trust them, pay, get them to court, money gets back.
