wow I actually uploaded. Anyways this is just another 1x2 hipster design I made awhile ago to basically replace my last one which was slow and unreliable.

I was too lazy to add this in the video, but here is the materials list: 4 Redstone dust 2 redstone repeaters 1 redstone block 2 pistons 5 sticky pistons 8 observers 2 hoppers 2 rs lamps blocks For every extra layer: 4 dust 5 sticky piston 1 piston 2 observer redstone block target

I built this in pocket edition, and for some reason it had a ton of issues when it's tiled in the ground. Sometimes a few modules would work, other times none of them work, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with the update order being random in bedrock rather than the design itself. Anyhow, i appreciate the work you've put forth and will try to get this to work. Thank you much for your contribution to the bedrock redstone community!

When I built this, it was sometimes not fully closing. It looked like the dust on the top left (input lever is on the right) was powering slightly too early and the piston wasn’t able to extend. I fixed it by adding a redstone torch on the top leftmost block facing outwards, putting a block over the torch, and removing the top left dust and replacing it with a torch facing toward the piston, attached to the extra block I placed. With this change, it works 100% of the time. I hope that made sense. Other than that, this is an awesome design.

What edition are you using. I'm on 1.20 MCBE. I can't get it to open fully. The piston fails to extend to grab the last block.

This works great thanks.

If I use a button to activate the piston and red stone dust will it break, or will I have to add a pulse extender if I want to use a button
@nowaitimconfused82 Жыл бұрын
I would use a pulse extender with a torch to invert the pulse

Oh ok thx

Hey I'm trying to use this design and I'm having issues adding a signal to replace the lever, i have a t flip-flop set up, and it extends fine, but it retracts unreliable. If I use a lever once more, it works fine again. Other than that quirk, this design works perfectly in 1.20

are you using a repeater? in bedrock repeaters and levers work differently as inputs. try setting up a piston to push a redstone block under that other piston and over the dust. (the block where the lever sits)

@@nowaitimconfused82not sure if you meant for me to use one or two redstone blocks, hut I used two and now the t flip flop works

Why you use hopper,is there special thing with it,please i want to know
@nowaitimconfused82 Жыл бұрын
Basically the observers can detect whether the hoppers are powered/depowered, and so you can use them to send the redstone signal faster than if you were to just use another observer.
