Excellent ideas indeed for all inclusive sustainable growth of our economy. All the wastes can be segregated and relevant wastes can be utilised for fertiliser as well as energy generation. Tidal energy, winds energy and Solar energy, Geothermal energy as well as biofuel and Storage of energy can augment the energy security of our nation.

Well we import crude oil. We ARE a net importer. Carbon is energy. It's like saying we are not a net importer of cars we only import car parts and assemble them. It's semantics. Splitting hair.
