My memory never better, everyone surprised how I remembered after my accident , big blow to my head w another human flying of bike over me, everything was slow and everyone was moving slow , I couldn't let air out or scream at first, tried to sit down and cry, my friend made me walk super long way and I think that helped alot to heal fast

I have an arachnoid cyst that's putting pressure on the brain stem. It's a decent size and causes a few symptoms, (Vertigo, nausea, memory issues) can some of these still help until I get the surgery to get the tumor/cyst removed? It's frustrating how bad my memory, motor function, and daily tasks get affected.

I've tried jotting notes but it's no use if I forget to take those notes with me!

Is it possible to improve, when you have short term memory loss because of frontal lobe brain injury? 😔❤️ Or are you just going to forget things forever

You can likely make some improvements in memory. Depending on the degree of the injury, you may still have some difficulties over the long term. A cognitive therapist can help with this.
