Improving Our Understanding of Psychosis

A NAMI Davidson County and Vanderbilt Behavioral Health collaborative educational session.
Dr. Fall reviews the symptoms of psychosis (including hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thoughts and behavior), the experience of psychosis from the patient, family, and provider perspective, the diagnoses associated with psychosis, the treatment / management of psychosis, and the long-term recovery / prognosis.

I think more attention should be paid to psychotic depression. If someone is going through a psychotic depression, they can be diagnosed to many long term things because of a relatively short term situation.
