Improving RobTop PLATFORMER COINS!

The Tower, introduced in Update 2.2, has 4 levels with 3 blue coins, which simulate the 3 secret coins in a regular level. However, as with regular coins, some of the placements aren't that great. Today, I tried to fix them!
