Arianna Anazgasty, #1 ranked 14U female tennis player in the eastern region and #12 in the country, recently completed a three dimensional planes of motion training program at the lab.
Three dimensional training focuses on explosive lateral, forward, backward, and rotational movements which are essential for tennis players.
By targeting tennis specific movements in her training, Arianna was able to improve her explosiveness, speed and balance on the court.
