The shared hearts can be used as an advantage during PVP later on if you're not both fighting. One person can hide and just keep eating to regen hearts while the other person fights. No need to stop swinging a sword to eat. Just throwing that out there.

Your hunger is not linked so the person down in hiding will have to constantly sprint jump around to lose hunger since golden apples and potions are banned but could work. Though is it worth over doubling the amount of damage you can deal by both fighting the same target?

@@UltraAryan10 the hunger bit does make it more complicated. Having an oxeye daisy suspicious stew does fix that, though; no need for hunger and it gives regen effect.

@@TimHoppen Suspicious Stew in general will be useful because it will provide saturation healing while you already have full hunger. Though getting the resources to craft it, or just the idea to craft it might be too rare for it to appear in the season.
