To add onto the bunker idea: they could not only have a view over the volcano, but source power or heat from it! It would help explain how they can keep going while being cut off from "civilisation" and the power grid

Impulse: "I'm such a bad actor." *laughs* Pearl: "We just know you too well." Exactly! It isn't that you're a bad actor, Impulse. It is that some of us have watched enough of your Among Us and years of Minecraft content. None of us know you as well as Skizz, obviously, but we know you a bit. :) Love your face. :)

I’m of similar age to you impy and it seems like my body just can’t process junk food like it used too. I can’t really drink pop anymore and going thru the process of quitting it made me realize how much what I put in my body is affecting me. So I love when you drop little wisdom nuggets about health and your journey as we get older.

I watch and pause these videos throughout the day (rather than finishing it all in one sitting), and I came back and continued off at 2:32:25. Right before watching it, I was stressing about the new semester starting and I'm taking up a new course that's already got me pretty overwhelmed, so literally the first words I heard when I come back to this video are the ones I needed to hear right now. Thank you Impulse!

I find it funny that Impulse thinks his actual reaction would be to roll back the server because him *not* immediately going "ooookay we need to roll this back" was the first give away for me.
@ryguywest4 ай бұрын
Yeah, lol bad acting I mainly didn't fall for it because If it was real your reaction would have been way different. First speechlessness, then denial, then realization, then a lot of cursing and a whole lot of apologies and anxiety.

I think what first tipped me off was the placement of the TNT. I said to my husband, "well that's not how impulse would normally do that....he's much more calculated than that." And to echo what the commenter said, I knew you would be devastated if one TNT got somewhere it shouldn't. You're very conscientious 😊😅 so as the evidence grew and grew I got less nervous and just waited for the shoe to drop 😊 so I think your balance was perfect. It was just ridiculous enough 😊

As I watched, and you started showing the blast damage my first thought was well if this is not a backup test world, someone is going to be calling tango and saying "I need you to do an admin roll back (if imp does not already have admin privileges) you did not have any of the mountain crew present or any other visitors... I could not see you doing that big of a blast without some spectators. As you started revealing the carnage, it looked more and more staged as the blast extended in directions that did not make sense with the initial excavation plans. I stand by my original comment that there was either going to be a roll back or you where using a backup world. I will however admit I was not expecting the trolling to be because of one of the hermit challenges... I was expecting it to end with something to the effect of "Just kidding, we got together and dug over the last couple days and now we have a big hole. Soon we will start the top secret build project and it will be amazing, so stay tuned" as you do like to hype up upcoming projects.

I fell for it completely for the first few minutes. However, when the massive damage continued to be revealed, I knew it was too much to be real. Impy making a mistake is human, realistic for anyone. A mistake on that level, no way. Impy has too much experience in Minecraft, with redstone, with TnT. Is it possible he could underestimate the affected area and level of damage? Absolutely. To the degree that was shown in the video? No way. The other thing that brought in my skeptism after the first couple of minutes was Xisuma. He has pulled a couple pranks through the years where he has used a backup then eventually revealed. That being said, Impulse, you did a fantastic job, truly. The first few minutes, I literally sat here with my mouth hanging open and my brain screaming, "OMG Noooooo!" Regardless of how realistic it was or was not, it was fun. lol I absolutely loved the video. :) Fantastic job as always. Love your face. :)

I'm almost kinda surprised to hear that creators can still see dislikes behind the scenes. For the viewers the dislike button stopped displaying a number a few years ago because KZbin didn't want to admit how disliked certain political/news channels and opinions are, because KZbin has their bias and wants to protect one side. So KZbin as a whole, for political and non-political content alike, just does not let us see how many dislikes anything has gotten. We only see the likes. You can get a browser add-on that restores dislike numbers, but they don't truly have access to KZbin's back end with that and they're just making a guesstimate based on known historical trends from before KZbin removed it and also based on the trends of the users of the add-on. So who really knows how accurate the add-on is.

I think anyone genuinely bothered by the stunt is probably just a younger viewer who may not exactly pick up on things like this. I wouldn't put too much stress on it, because it's so obviously a joke lol nobody on Hermitcraft is going to actually cause that much damage and it make it to a video. By the time you adjust to cater to the younger audience they'll have matured enough to understand stuff like that anyways. Just stay your usual silly self! If people are getting so invested in HC that they start hyperventilating over the videos you post, that's really more of a them-issue than something worth wasting time on. I highly doubt anyone's that attached to block games haha!
