@Just.Lucifer all I have is just a medium-sized basic notebook with lines. When I felt like it, I put on some stickers that I liked, and they make me happy, but dont really look good (little secret). In my experience, there wasn't a perfect way to start. I started with one week in which I 'forced' myself to write a little every day. Just whatever came to mind, like what I did that day, or maybe how I felt. It felt weird, but I accepted that. Then I eased into allowing myself to skip one day (but not more) every now and then. I tend to be too hard on myself and wanting to do things perfect. Then slowly I tried different types of writing, like not explaining the situation, but just writing down my thoughts. Or explaining the situation, to reflect on later etc. I now recognise the feeling of when I need to write, and I write in whatever way I am able to do in the moment. But writing doesn't work for everyone. Some people like to talk or something else. What also helped me was learning stuff about the mind through time, the way you think can change by what you learn. Point of my story being: Just try it. Just start simple. You might be struggling with facing emotions and stuff. The problem not being the notebook, but something deeper which your instincts want to protect you from. That absolutely sucks sometimes, but it tells you something important. And thats what the writing could be for, to listen to yourself. I could be absolutely wrong, but take from that whatever you need. Hope that helps!

I worked at a mine site and people didn't really start having water toxicity issues until they hit the 8L+ because the typical diet is pretty high in salts, so unless you are avoiding salt then you shouldn’t have an issue, at the mine we actually had more issues with people getting sick from too much electrolyte supplementation.

Multistreaming hasn't been against TOS for a little while now. The main thing is making sure you've got good moderation on both feeds to keep chats civil, and things like that. Other than this, there's nothing wrong with trying it out, and seeing if the managing of both feeds is too much, or not. You'll know this after trying, since some do decide it isn't much for them, and others find that its nice to have the option.

If you're looking for a beef supplement, try Buffalo. Super lean, like chicken, but gives you the red meat taste you crave. Have to cook it low & slow like turkey because fat content is so low. Not gamey.

2:03:00 they called phantom because the ghost wandered to you. it was either phantom ( wanders far ), wraith ( teleports to player ), or banshee ( wanders to target ). it killed skizz so it was either phantom or wraith but you didnt get to salt test

So glad you're being careful about your electrolytes with the increased water! It can actually mess you up really badly to increase your water without increasing that as well. EDIT: I do second the caution about electrolytes as well. It's VERY easy to go overboard but if you're increasing your water drastically, then you at least need to up your salt to help compensate.

guys, blood moon raises the ghost speed by 1 setting. if it's 100% it goes to 125%, basically just add 25% onto your current speed. hope impy sees this!

I once tried to do a 4000 calorie diet once. It was miserable to keep up with it. I remember one day my wife gave me a full quart of beef stew that fit in my diet and that was for lunch at work. Drinking kefir, avocados, eggs for breakfast and absolutely crazy stuff. But I added something like 60 lbs to my bench press and 100 on squats. But that didn’t last as my body refused to eat anything else and haven’t been able to do it again.

Love the phasmo! admittedly, would really like if there was less diet related talk... for those of us who have or have had disordered eating, special dietary considerations, etc, it can be triggering.
