Reset Service Indicator on Mercedes E220 Workshop menu

I have Mercedes E220D, 2017 W213, I have a problem that the fan would still be running on max. speed for a 1.5 minutes after killing the engine. Knowing that the engine is Model 654. I have relaced the following parts: Fan, Turmos, Water pump, water back feed line. All original parts but the problem is still on. Also no fault found, could you please help me troubleshooting the problem? THANKS ALOT

@aboodmenawe1101 I would think that is normal enough particularly if you drive in traffic.
