Exactly what I’ve been commenting since a while now. Judiciaries are mainly responsible when they wrongfully intervened in parliament against Qasim Suri’s verdict. Now judges are powerless and hopeless. No one but this imported unconstitutional fascist regime has made these judges powerless who brought this imported govt in power. Pakistan in this one year has drastically changed and has fallen upside down, and our failed justice system is the main culprit. Bajwa and PDM comes after supreme court in damaging Pakistan and this damage will haunt us for decades. Omer Ata bandial, Ather minallah, Bajwa, Nawaz sharif, look what have you done to our country. After this comes our nation, our so called dead and deaf nation. We’re the country of almost 250 million people, if even 1 million people had come out and protest against this injustice and corrupt system politicians, we could’ve sustained, but that’s a dream which i highly doubt will ever come true! You are right that when the court of law intervenes in a normal & natural political process the judgment should be based on good aspirations concerning the future. The legal & natural political process is larger than the ambit of law & the constitution. The outright rejection of the Deputy Speaker's ruling in April 2022 by the Supreme Court was the turning point for the health of the body politic. This judgment imposed & resulted in grave repercussions for the health of the state. The nation thinks that solely due to this judgment fascist PDM government was foisted. This is a major blunder of the Supreme Court. The nation will never forgive this panel of judges. Supreme Court to date has not taken any action against the victimization & reported sexual harassment &/or alleged rape cases of the women supporters & workers of PTI. The Pakistani nation has no hopes of recovery from the Superior Courts. Over the last 75 years, the establishment has developed the expertise of saluting, marching, parading, warring, & changing the regimes. According to the late Air Marshal Asghar Khan even all of the wars viz., 1965,1971, & the Kargil War were fought without purpose. These wars did not produce the desired results.

Dr sahib, Remarkable digression into the elements, which could become main drivers for the formation of Nationalist forces. Khan should take a break from demanding the elections for now and focus completely on how to provide relief to his jailed supporters, in particular, the women. If he has to reach out to foreign leaders who he thinks can help him then he should do that without wasting time. Dr. Sahab, regarding a (re)conciliatory dialogue with rival parties, I believe that a better understanding could have been reached with the PPP, considering that it is a party that is restricted to, but s deeply entrenched in, Sindh, and can afford to not compete with the PTI in the Punjab. PMLN is a party that is largely restricted to Punjab. PTI, with its own high popularity in KPK and Punjab, is an unacceptable political entity for PMLN, which has no other province or territory where it can form a government and thereby retain a degree of political clout/presence/relevance. I highly doubt that PMLN would have ever been amenable to any talks or understanding with the PTI in the past 13 months, and especially now. Do you not think that the PTI should instead approach PPP, a party which may have mostly paid only lip service to democratic principles, but has a large number of politicians in higher tiers of leadership who recognize the untenable character of this flimsy political structure being raised, and have not been as caustic in their political narrative against PTI as PMLN has been?

Dr Pirzada, I have the privilege to go educational institutions that have their own individual identity. The students who goes to these institutions are bind by their alma matter. To give an example every student attending hasan abdal are called Abdalian. Though from a lower middle class family, my mother made sure to equip all children’s with better education, literally at the cost of food in the stomach. I have contacted all my friends and juniors from different alma matters who are currently serving or recently took early retirement from the military. Below is what I found out. I cannot confirm or deny the validity of these findings. I am simply stating what was the common theme in my talks with everyone. Gen. Asim is not the one calling shots. There is another group of powerful people in military who are pulling g the strings. They hold some destructive evidence against the moral character of Asm munir. These were the people who told sharif to appoint Asim the next COAS. Some people even went so far to say that “the type of relationship which is recently legalised as marriage in west”. Asim munir was not involve in the planning of May 9th incidence. It was planned by the same powerful peoples with the support of an international agency and executed by the IB and Rana group. The actual plan was much gruesome than simply burn the core commander home. The actual plan was the killing of core commandar and his family. Just imagine the hell that would have unleashed if that would have happened. Core commander became aware of it with in a few hours after the incident and was called back to GHQ. No one has heard anything from him since then. Asim was not aware of the plan but has to play ball and go along with the narrative. No one can say what is the motive of these powerful people however I was told military internal intelligence is closely monitoring the movements of all army officers who can even remotely alter the course of current plan. There is lot more than what you can think of regarding rana midnight press conference. The girls who were arrested are continuously moved from police stations to safe houses. There are rumours of several suicides committed by some of the girls. AGAIN, I have no other way to confirm everything I wrote above. I left Pakistan more than 20 years ago. During which I only went back twice to spend a total of 4 weeks. I hope you still have recourse and connections to look into these claims. I have done my share of work. AGAIN THIS WHOLE NARRATIVE IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED SO FAR.

Brilliantly explained as usual by Dr. Moeed, majority of us had no doubt that our judiciary is toothless and has always sided with the elite n powerful instead of providing justice, a lot of us before the speech of Imran Khan n Moeed’s vlog weren’t even thinking about this aspect that this afat which has been brought upon us in the face of pdm is not only bajwa’s doing but also our judiciary who instead of allowing for a free n fair election interfered in Qasim Suri’s ruling and allowed this corrupt n incompetent sharif/zardari + others nexus upon us. Wish we had more judges like Asif Saeed Khosa in the cadre of supreme court or judiciary as a whole, wonder if their reaction would be the same if their own daughters, wives, mothers or sons were languishing in the jails for fabricated cases.

Dr. Sahab very sensible points as always. It's a jungle at the moment and i guess its futile to put your ladies in front of these hyaenas and try to work out democratic solution. Sometimes verbal arguments aren't enough and physical force is required to save precious lives. Wouldn't be surprise if you see such a reaction from families of these women who are being abused in jails in upcoming days.
