Itll be interesting how efficient that big engine is compared to the field. I can see it running at even lower rpm than cadillac. Wonder how much the BOP will need to give it comparable milage as other cars

Max tested the Acura GTP car. Hopefully he'll be racing at Daytona and Le Mans!! The test wasn't at Daytona though.

And any times this early in testing mean nothing. The teams ALWAYS have BOP lurking in the background. And not knowing what the engineers are working on, times mean nothing. I would be more interested in knowing fuel load, power settings, and a look at tire wear.

It's only testing, don't worry about it, it was the same case as Lamborghini so it's not surprising a new car will be behind some of the cars with a season completed

It's normal for teams that are nowhere during the season to end up fastest in practice. It's not a bad sign really

So looks like Aston Martin will miss Daytona and will only run one entry in the remaining Michelin Endurance Cup rounds at Sebring, Waktins Glen, Indy and Road Atlanta ( Petite Le Mans ), while they will run 2 full time entries in WEC

As of right now Wayne Taylor Racing is still associated with Andretti, the name of the team this year is Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing, but the partnership still exists 😉

Shame if Lambo go, but parent company VAG has many problems, sales down in china, Chinese imports up in Europe, Porsche were there first so it was surprisingly that VAG sanctioned a Lambo entry at all. VAG may have to close 3 factories in Germany, unheard of, that'll lead to strikes and more costs. Trump is going to wop massive tartifs on Euro cars, that'll hit Vag through Porsche and Audi sales, difficult times .

Ford needs to scale down the Mustang. I want them to do well, but last season they came out with the campaign boasting they going after the V6 Porsche GT3. Wins.... good luck to the aero brick.
