Bee: getting stuck ❌ acting as an accent colour to your wall and exterior decorating ✅ Some build Ideas: 1. Bigger Greenhouse -> Maybe you can extend the greenhouse out a little bit at the back and have a glass roof area (green stained glass?) then theres more of a traversable area for the bees so they are less likely to get stuck on the outside of the building and allow a greater area (and chance) that they stay inside the apiary! Perhaps get some birds to relax in there too! 2. The bridge between the two buildings should be able to support itself structurally IF you place a stair, then block and slab on the under section of the bridge, making a more gradual curve. 3. Perhaps you could use a bay window in some of your builds. Ive been using them in my builds and they work an absolute charm, especially on the lower areas to create more dimension. Walls and panes connect well to mace that curved edge (2Lx3wx2h) and place a glass block in the middle (main window). This creates a nice little place to relax and creates shape. Otherwise I am really impressed with how your building is developing and getting along. I absolutely love your tree's as they are evolving too. I love how you do a free flow state design and go with it as you do it, creating a different character for each build and each episode! Currently waiting for the next episode!! Send love to the kitties for me!

The "battle royale" during the halloween night had me laughing 😂 It felt so relatable lol. I spent some time on halloween trying to capture some of the jack-o-lantern heads and had a few close calls too. I love how minecraft has those little events like that, such a fun way to embrace the holiday! The apiary came out so nice! Its got such a cool shape and I really love how it connects to the shop with that open floor plan! One thing I would suggest is to place the campfires one block lower, and then a trapdoor on top of the campfire, and then the beehive sits on the trapdoor. This is something I did in my world to help reduce the smoke that flows through the blocks and it still allows you to gather honey without upsetting the bees. It might help it feel less like the building is burning down 😆. Another great episode, Shrammy, keep 'em coming!! ❤

Lowering the campfires will definitely help a lot lol thanks for the suggestion my man!

Love this series so far, especially how you walk through your building process for creating gradients/using blocks as colors. Since you mentioned adding villagers it could be fun to make the side rooms in the tower into dorms/work stations for a librarian and cleric
@tayh3645Ай бұрын
the trees are looking good. Usually when I make larger custom trees I try to make upside down "bowls" of leaves. Like a 3x3 square at the top, and then go down one step and make it wider, like if you were making a mushroom cap. then after 2 layers down from the top, I'll put random "hanging" spots of either one or two vertical leaves hanging down from the edges, and some underneath the "bowl" to fill in if needed (or hide lights. since sometimes I like to make illuminated trees) the combination of doing that (with various size "bowls) over a really large tree gives a beautiful aged tree look. And then I flare out the base with slabs, stairs and fences to make the "root flare" but it tends to work better on really large trees (like 4x4 trunks). My favorite thing to do underneath the large trees is make mushrooms with a red mushroom block on top of an end rod.(doesn't look the best with shaders on since they make the rod too bright and it ruins the illusion)

Jack-o’-lanterns are my favorite hidden lighting source bc they’re so cheap to make and if you have a spot you want lit but maybe don’t want to see pumpkins, you can dig down one block, put it in the ground, cover it with a carpet (outside I like to use moss carpet and surround the immediate area with grass, flowers or ferns) and BAM! Hidden light source! Pumpkins are the best both in game and irl xD

hi I'm Robert I'm using one of my mom's phones with her permission right now.Nah what you should have did for the pumpkin patch is you should have had some water mixed in so that way it stays fertile cuz when there's no water nearby the farmland blocks turn into regular dirt blocks. Even if you like used slabs to hide water just as long as you have water nearby. Also I would have used some Moss blocks in between the pumpkins just to make it feel slightly different from the surrounding landscape which uses grass blocks. But yeah Moss blocks and water are the only two things I would have done different. I love your videos though.
