Actually... Nights alone WITH your significant other are even more amazing. Been married 8 years, together 12. Silence isn't awkward, it's comfortable and peaceful. We can do our own thing in the same room and don't feel like we have to talk but can have little 15 mins discussions every couple hours. I dunno. I love it. We love our little life and night time routine.

I agree! :) We don't really go out on the weekend, but I love staying at home and just relaxing - we still get our alone time by not bothering each other, but its nice knowing there's someone else with me.

I am 23 and that Saturday anxiety has just started for me, I never knew that was thing so when you said that, its the same feeling i am having! I think also because I feel like the pandemic has already taken nearly 3 years of my early 20s and have this need of catching up and it doesn’t help when I see people on social media my age out every weekend and begin this process of “I should be out too”.

I think Saturdays mean a lot for people that work the traditional 5 day work week because it's like not Friday night where you are tired from work or Sunday night where you know you have to work. It's a day where you can do whatever the heck you want and not have to deal with having to wake up for work on a Sunday. This is from my perspective of someone who works the traditional 5 day work week. From my perspective as an introverted homebody, it means a day where I can do whatever and stay up as late as I want but I usually prefer to do things at home with my partner (we live together). Typically, it's things that would take too long to do on a weekday (with our work schedules) or something that requires more energy or travel time. I am happiest when I'm doing things with my partner and just sharing life with another person who wants to share it with me and is excited to do whatever. We also sit in a room together in silence, he games and I read/postcast/craft and we still get our alone time doing the things we like. It's as you mentioned, you will still have your alone time, it might just look a little different but you should be able to feel like you're getting the time you need.

I've been seeing angel numbers everywhere!! I'll wake up at that time throughout the nights, see it throughout my day and it's not just the time but interactions with license plates, background objects or random run-ins. It feels like something bigger is looking out for me and this reinvigorated my spirituality. I'm at this point in life where I'm still figuring things out with university, a career or job in general and my personal life. I'm not sure how to be the best version of myself. Things aren't going the way I imagined and for a bit, I checked out completely - living in my own world. Constant lockdown has been hell and I'm so anxious to get out into the world again. But in these hard times, I'm so glad to have you. After watching your vlogs, I always feel less alone

Handi cooking tip from Ma Ma D . After cooking pasta save a 1/2 or 1 cup a cup of the starchy pasta water to add a bit at a time to tomato sauce - until it’s the constituency you desire & then toss with the pasta . I think the Saturday anxiety comes from being a kid. The weekends were our only free time because of school. So it is burnt in our brain we need to have fun on Fridays or Saturdays lol

I have Saturday anxiety for the opposite reasons. For years I worked a 4/10 hour shift were my days off were Tues, Wed, Thurs and I loved it. I could go places and it not be packed. Movies were always cheaper, and grocery shopping was stress free. Then I met my now husband and changed my schedule to have Thurs, Fri, Sat off so we could have at least 1 day together and I dread us trying to do anything on Saturdays since it's always so busy and we (him more than me) have crowd anxiety.

OMG I GET FOMO ON WEEKENDS TOO!😝 def when I was younger it was waaaay worse but now and then I'll get like that. The pressure of being social and busy hits hard. I don't even follow certain people cuz I don't need to see what they are doing without me. I try to view it as.....if I have plans great. If I have a Chill weekend I try to make the most of it and get some yummy food and binge shows or find a movie to watch and invite my sister. Also just getting out going to Target and getting a Starbucks nowadays helps!😁 and I feel like I did something on the weekend!🎯☕

My husband I spend of alot of individual time together. We go do a adventure in the morning but in the evening we relax were in each other presence but were doing our own thing. When in a relationship, it doesnt mean giving up alone time, you just have to define your boundaries and let your significant other know you need me time :)

Tara oh my goodness, I had to mention my experience with the time thing. I was born at 8:22 pm and literally everyday see the clock at 8:22 and see 822 everywhere. For example, I started a new education program this month and 822 popped up in an email, textbook, and on the lid to a cup. I think there’s serious meaning behind numbers like that!! Keep your mind and body open to your numbers!!
