Sir, I had apply for visit visa in 1989. I was very clear and truthfull before visa officer. The visa officer asked, where will you stay. I tell him truth that with my Brother. He said how he is there I replied that he got marrige over there. He refused for visa and said apply after six month. I again applied in 2007 while working with UK based Multinational Company in very good position with attractive salary package but again they refused and asked re- apply after six month. Now I am 69. Can I have Any chance for visit visa.

My sister has been to USA (2009) with her husband and son, but due to her mother-in-law’s illness her husband retuned to Pakistan in 2010. She has green card and expired in July 2019. She applied so many times but US Authority denied her and her husband to give visa but gave permission to her son to go back to USA alone in 2017. Her husband died in 2021. Now how can she apply for US Visa. PLZ GUIDE
