There's a Japanese theory (about one year old) by Yuimaru (ドロピザ) with some parts already being confirmed since then - that especially makes sense in reagards to Imu’s powers (Imu and Gorosei _all_ changing) and explains a lot about Imu. Everything about Imu is in the name. Imu = イム. Every princess and even their mothers (queens) as well as other notable female characters that Luffy&Co have formed a relationship with have the names of flowers. Imu’s portrayal suggests she is a girl/woman but would be the only princess/queen without a Flower-Name. So is she not a girl? She is! The Kanji for flower: 花 It's イ and ム (Imu) with a crown. Queen of the world = flower. That’s why all the Queens and Princesses have flowers as names. At the same time, there are two Kanjis made of those two Katakana/two Kanjis that can be seen as イム. *First Kanji:* 化. 化ける (bakeru) means "to assume the shape of" / "to turn oneself into" (mostly in association with monsters and animals). If there's a Mane Mane no Mi (Bon Clay) and an Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyūbi (Devon), there might as well be a more rudimental and powerful version called the Bake Bake no Mi. Meaning Imu would have the ability to turn herself as well as others into monsters/different shapes. _Noteworthy:_ we have had three stories of overthrown kingdoms (or at least the attempt to do so): Alabasta, Dressrosa and Wano. For all three usurps, the ability to change appearance was crucial: Mane Mane no Mi for both Alabasta and Wano; and the Hobby Hobby no Mi (changing appearance of citizen) in Dressrosa. It makes sense if "changing appearances” was also important in defeating/overthrowing the Ancient Kingdom. In addition: There’s a chance Joyboy was a giant (bc of the gigantic Straw Hat). Giants have a history of being tricked and used in One Piece: 1. Dorry and Brogy tricked by Mr. 3 2. Oimo and Kashi tricked and used by WG 3. Orphanage giants tricked and sold out by Mother Caramel 4. Hajrudin and Friends used by Buggy Is it not to hint at the possibility that Joyboy (giant and maybe child-like/naive like Luffy) was tricked by Imu who can use trickery? As Zoro said on Thriller Bark: Trickery is Luffy’s (Joyboy’s?) biggest weakness. Third hint to Imu’s ability at the bottom*** *Second Kanji:* 仏. Hotoke = Buddha. Oda has used Buddha before to reference Imu (Gedatsu cover story, for example). But Oda made a much more interesting and unconventional (forced) use of this Kanji. Mangaka often use Kanji and give it different reading for flavor. In Chapter 537 “Okama in Hell”, he uses 仏 and makes it read as “Okama”! But why?! Since fables are part of Oda’s inspirations for One Piece, the entire One Piece story is like a gigantic homage to Disney stories (among other more traditinoal fables, ofc). The Japanese community has correctly hinted at the possibility of Buggy, Croco and Mihawk teaming up based on Disney links - to just name one example. And there are a ton of these. In fact, Oda has used almost every Disney story in big ways - only two stories were missing for the longest time. One of them was finally used during Whole Cake Island (Alice in Wonderland) which only leaves a _single_ Disney story that has been released before One Piece began and Oda has not yet used: _The Beauty and The Beast_ So the theory is based on the fact that the last arc/saga will include an homage to this story. And we can already see many similarities in design from outside and inside of Pangea Castle (and the soldiers) in relation to the castle in B&B. Based on this, Yuimaru thought Imu was involved in a love story and also deduced that there had to be a connection between the Nefertari family and Imu! The protagonist in B&B is called Belle - which means “beautiful” in French. The name _Bibi_ (jap. pronunciation of Vivi, she’s written as ビビ) has the same meaning (Beauty) in French. Nefertari _also_ has the same meaning in Egyptian! Yuimaru deduced that if Imu was invovled in an homage to B&B, Vivi would have a connection to this homage. This theory is a year old but clearly: the connection is Lili. Lili was the Beauty. And Imu was the beast! Imu loved Lili. That’s why Imu was looking at Vivi’s wanted poster like that. But Lili loved Joyboy. Hold on! We’ve kept assuming that Imu was a girl/woman! So the woman Imu loved another woman Lili? Correct! イム = 仏 = Okama!!! That’s why she resides in _The Phantom Room._ Where have we seen a Phantom Room before? In Impel Down. What was it? A place for Okama. Unlike Iva and their people, Imu is not comfortable with her looks (“the beast” - ugly like other Celestials) and identity (okama). While Imu is definitely being the secret ruler, these insecurities are also reasons why she hides in The Phantom Room. And also another reason why everyone who sees her has to die. Sounds a bit ridiculous and extreme, right? But we have already been introduced to an example of a character with insecurities who hides and kills anyone that sees them: Katakuri. The premise is there. DFs come from wishes, remember? Imu wished to change her appearance. That’s how she got the Bake Bake no Mi. It just didn’t do what she had intended: instead of turning herself beautiful, she can only turn herself and others into monsters. And now she can’t change that and is trapped in this “hellish” reality and trapped in a place where no eyes can reach her. She is an “Okama in Hell” - Ch. 537 And her hatred for what power manifested from her wishes might also be the origin of the name “Devil” fruit. From her pov they are a cruel temptation with awful repercussions. The first Villain in One Piece: Alvida. An ugly woman who wanted to be beautiful. The last Villain in One Piece: Imu. An ugly woman who wanted to be beautiful? I wouldn’t be surprised if we went full circle. Afterall, the entire story is about Luffy running one big lap across the world. ***There is another Disney character that ties into Imu’s powers. An interesting fact: there are only two Disney "villains" left that Oda has not used yet. And one of them is: the witch from Snow White who _changed her appearance_ to poison Snow White! You might want to check out the shape of the witch's crown.

Another Japanese KZbinr also came to the same conclusion that Vivi/the Nefertari family must have a connection to Imu - using _completely different means_ and completely unrelated to this theory. There are just connections everywhere. Even characters' favorite food have a lot of meaning and are used by Oda for connections - food preferences are actually a pretty big deal lol

And we know he had solidified everything by Skypea All he’s really done over 20 years is drag that plot out to be way longer. It’s not difgicult to drop key plot points in each arc to make the unconnected fit together seamlessly. It’s not hard to keep things consistent when you have a rough outline and are just going down that outline in order. Most writers don’t plan out their beginning and end. Thst’s how Oda does this.

@Mr Bubbles it is extremely impressive how he manages to thread so many connections through character design, dialogue, settings, chapter titles and numbers, cover pages, symbolism, naming, plot, use of languages and nationalities etc that even connect the dots between both seemingly unrelated and insignificant characters via small details and also tie all the characters, plots and sub plots to various myths, literature and historic events in the Real world. It's an insane Web of accumulated connections, drawing from practically everything and referencing everything while telling an original story. It's actually an insane accomplishment on a literary level that is almost unique to One Piece in terms of vastness, depth and amount of connected dots. There's even a narrative parallel between Mountain Bandit Higuma and Kamakiri that is hinted at (connected) via a small detail. There is absolutely no limit to how detailed and meticulous the writing is. But you surely know that, right? You surely know what you're talking about, you are aware of the amount of layers Oda writes and have evaluated it as "easy. not a big deal", right? "Fair enough". You must be an exceptional scholar to not be impressed by it. Unlike you, the rest of us are just normal people, you know. We find it impressive.

What if queen Lilly was the one that ordered Zunisha to travel all over spreading the poneglyphs, and that is why Imu couldn't quite be certain if the action was a blunder or purposeful. Zunisha is hard to track, is protected, and could've housed many of them to spread around.

The Ancient kingdom wasn’t done in by mortal kombat but betrayal. If Egghead is nothing compared to the ancient kingdom then ain’t no way they lost the war. The WG & celestial dragons are cowards. If Lily had Kuma’s fruit then sending the poneglyphs and the locations would make sense.

If you haven’t read or heard of the Story of The Lost Land of Mu and Queen Mou’ of Lemuria. Queen of the Lumerians land lost in time. The Pacific version of Atlantis. All the indigenous tribes of the Americas. Mayan, Inca Taino who’s True Gods were from The Sun and Moon. Also the ancient magic that was lost. The symbol deities are also Celestial Dragons. The reference to her/himself as Mu has to be connected to that

@@sansenzekai8545 this may be the inspiration of the lore surrounding the WG and void century. I’m doing history on my Taino and Hispanic heritage and it’s quite tied to this. The Gorosei 5 elder stars named after planets Greek Deities same with the Ancient Weapons which I feel destroyed The Lost Land of Mu/ Leumaria. They spread their knowledge then lands revolted over the teachings of the old ways and began to start their New World Order one ruling government than being all free with knowledge and power. Imu her/himself could well indeed be the Biblical version of Lilith who can possess people. In Revelations she rises from the Fiery pit of the Earth gives birth of the Beast a Red Dragon with 7 heads adorned 10 horns and 10 crowns. The Beast and the Harlot. I’m rambling at this point but, I wonder if Oda is making the void century a battle of Gods of all cultures who all died but their will’s and power became the devil fruits. Made by wishes and prayers of the people who once worshipped them. Their weakness of water coincides with them dying in the great flood.

Considering we met vivi as a princess infiltrating a big evil powerful group of people trying to harm her people i say chances are very high that lili did fake her alliance to infiltrate this alliance of 19 kings to learn what they wanted and how they wanted to achieve it to stop it... and she learned that and made a contingency plan stories myths legends locations and names passed down to make sure that "they" can never achieve whatever they wanted to achieve or at least delay it until someone who can stop them comes to be...aka joyboy.

But, why? They couldn't have always been at War? So, to me that means, when this started they weren't D's. But, by the end of the War, they were? Which is interesting. Because, that's the only reason why you would hide this connection. And remember, before the Ancient Kingdom was rebelled against, they were the top dogs. Why would anyone hide a familial connection? So, that has to mean, Lilly hadn't always been a D. She eventually became one. Meaning the D isn't only a bloodline line thing. It's like Imu said, it's a moniker, a title.

My son and I have been speculating and we sort of think they 20 Kings were actually 20 Pirate Kings, ruling over specific islands/territories similar to how the Yonko or some of the Warlords did. This would explain why they needed to erase their existence from the records of the islands that chose kings to replace them as you don't want it known that your new rulers/gods were once pirates. It also explains why they demand essentially tribute for protection, support slavery and seem to do and go where they please, like pirates. Oda originally divided pirates into Morganeers (bad pirates) and Peace Mains (good pirates) in the original Romance Dawn, and I wonder if these terms will be transferred to the Void Century. We also know that Pirate Alliances end in treachery, so this could be what happened to Joyboy. What could also be true is that the alliance of twenty Pirate Kings was created through a Davey Back Fight, something that Rox tried to emulate with his crew. Who knows, perhaps the final battle was actually a Davey Back Fight between Imu and Joyboy, and through a mistake with Zunisha or a trick of some sort Zunisha interfered with the fight in a way that allowed Imu to win, and that's how Imu gained Uranus.

@@josepicarra827 It is amazing, I started reading One Piece before he was born, I remember reading the latest chapters of Thriller Bark when he was just born. He got into anime on his own from school and was watching newer stuff and one day saw my latest box set arrive for One Piece and asked if he could watch it with me, so I pulled out the beginning box set and he's been hooked ever since. Even at 15 now he sits down in front of the computer and watches Rogerbase live react to the latest chapters with me, I pick him up from school and he's asking what happened in the chapter that was released that day. He's also a musician and loves all of Brooke's songs in the anime and can even play Bink's Sake on the piano. Getting to bond with my son over One Piece has been one of my great experiences as a parent.

After reading 1085 I wanna say that imu in my opinion is a one piece version of maleficent from the Disney movie Sleeping Beauty. I believe imu has her own dragon form just like Maleficent because the arrow that struck King Cobra is similar to maleficent’s tail in her dragon form and it would explain why she was able to eat sabos flames so easily.

I def think Imu is void related and his power is going to be something that can delete or negate the off the wall creation/interactions that Luffy will be doing. So Oda will use Luffy as a way to push the bounds of the manga and Imu will constantly be pulling us back inside. Something like Luffy grabs a manga panel to use as a club and then Imu smacks it out of his hands back to where it was. I think the tails/arrows might be something like a backspace to delete things, but it's obviously not like Sugar's power otherwise there would've been no need to worry about poneglyphs and people would've suddenly forgot Cobra when he died.

I think Toki is also somehow connected with Lili. The reason why she wants to go to Wano maybe she is trying to follow Lili? Also, Oda might just foreshadowed Sad Boy in form of Sabo, maybe Emu is not really immortal but only a consciousness goes from person to person and will eventually go to Sabo at the end.

Yo jb, just have to say been watching your vids for like the last two years (when i caught up to the series) as well as heaps of other one piece youtubers and honestly in my opinion you have the best chapter reviews AND theories. you then probably grandlinereview just for pure entertainment factor but i absolutely look forward to your videos once per week it's a big highlight of my week that and reading the chapter. The 20/19 original kings/rulers were all replaced in their homeland, so the original "kings" stayed behind. My theory is they became holy knights. My reason is the last time they showed the swords in front of the throne, exactly 9 were missing as to infer 9 people grabbed them to use when they were mobilized and Dragon mentioned 9 holy knights. The other 10 were still there in front of the throne. What became of the other 10 is yet to be seen but as it has been over 800 yrs its not a reach to think they haven't survived.

Something interesting came to my mind when thinking about Imu and that whole ordeal, as to why they don't use their overwhelming power to snuff out D. clan members from the start, like Luffy. (Considering that the world is still vast and it's probably really hard to track them down) They are bound to remain in the shadows and work through others. The moment they set foot into the light the foundation to their whole charade would start breaking apart from right under them. Such is the balance of the world, as it is in all things. No shadow without light and vice versa. An absolute victory could never be achieved. Even Akazuki doesn't know of Imu I'd guess, and to command him to send Admirals after Luffy before Wano wouldn't be reasonable, something Akazuki or any of the Admirals would question, raising suspicion and eventually breaking their foundation of the charade. Something to point out is that the level of 'brainwashing' of the populace of the entire world in OP is to such perfection, they gladly conform to the system laid in front of them without any kind of second thoughts. Like when a mouse turns to a cat for protection. The system is held up by the people, they are the foundation, that the Gorosei and Imu work from. I find myself marveling at what they have created for themselves . lol I guess that what we saw in Wano how in the schools the children were first indoctrinated on how Orochi saved them from the evil Kozuki clan, if the raid wouldn't have been 20 years from when Oden was defeated but 40, the first generations of children would've had their own ones who underwent the same schooling, the samurai of the old generation would've died off or be too old to fight, and the raid on Onigashima would've had about the sum of fighters the Samurai gathered on the other side, fighting for Orochi, the subversion would've been basically complete. I need to re-read Arabasta. My belief is that Bink's Sake is the tale of the surviving pirates spreading the phoneglyphs across the world. Big Mom and Kaido were moving road phoneglyphs around which means that over the past 800 years, pirates have probably kept moving them around. Finding them all would be trying to hit a moving target. Roger's ability to "hear" them is probably the only reason he found so many. And if Imu is a dragon then when Luffy and Imu meet, Blackbeard will burst into the room and smack Imu out of the way like when Don Chinjao went after Luffy in the Dresrosa tournament. Then the final match-ups in the series will be Luffy vs. Blackbeard and Zoro vs. Imu (Dragon). LOL 🤣🤣

Theory I have, Lilly wasn't killed by Imu. The reason why she didn't go back to her Kingdom. Because of things that were left to do for her. Like, maybe placing some last Poneglyph's? But regardless, she didn't want to implicate her Kingdom, because she understood that the next war would be many years from now. I think she became the first pirate post Void War, and her crew eventually became the Amazons? And, I can even see that she was the first, one to wear the Roger/Shanks/Luffy's Straw Hats. I thought of some stuff to add to this. It would make sense that Lilly would have been friends with the Poseidon of that era. Which could be the reason how the Amazons settled an island in the Calm Belt? And it would make sense for Lilly to want to settle there. This will be a bit long. We know that Joy Boy and Zunisha can communicate. We don't know that Luffy can't command Zunisha. We do understand that Luffy had no reason to command Zunisha, and doing so at that time would have undermined Momonosuke's authority. I strongly suspect that Lili's "mistake" was an intentional act disguised as a mistaken action, not sustained actions that Imu recognized as betrayal. I believe a reference was made in a previous video about not knowing who the previous ruler of Amazon Lily was? In any instance, we know that Rayleigh's companion was a ruler of Amazon Lily before Boa Hancock. Seeing that the Gorosei and Imu are from a time of technological advancement, and seeing how Queen modified his body, it is possible that the Gorosei and/or Imu are not using a devil's fruit at all. In a world where there are people on the moon, plenty is possible. Although "D" is a moniker, I very much doubt anybody could just adopt the letter in their name. It was also hinted before that the Ds are the devils of the world; now it's hinted that they are the dawn. I think that letter stands for neither. You didn't mention it, but in the panel before the Gorosei attack, Imu's eye goes from two to three circular irises. Don't know if that has any significance.

Theory I came up with: Imu is a dragon. We've never seen a natural dragon in the entire story. Only heard stories and seen Vegapunks attempts of recreating them. In this chapter when Sabo attacks Imu, they transform into a creature with large fangs that eats Sabo's flame. (look at picture) Could be a devil fruit, but I don't think so. In some mythologies dragons can take on a human form, main example I could think of being Slavic mythology. We see this in other fiction too, prime example for me as a FEtuber is of course the Manakete in Fire Emblem. But I found a possible in-world hint as well. You know how Imus eyes have a ring in them? There's one other character in One Piece that does as well, Dracule Mihawk. Clearly a reference to Dracula with his name, which lived in Romania. In Romanian, Dracul means "the devil", but it comes from the Latin dracō, and we know that means dragon. And where is Romania? In eastern Europe, where dragons are said to be able to shapeshift into humans. So my theory is that Imu is the last existing dragon, based on how their silhouette looked in the recent chapter and connection to Mihawk through the similar eyes. (I think Mihawk has some dragon ancestry, but isn't an actual dragon. But that isn't relevant for this!) And because of the connection between the Devil and dragons in European myths, I don't think it's a devil fruit ability, because dragons are natural devils! And what would be a more fitting final boss than the Devil (Dragon) that rules the world?

I felt it was obvious that it was Imu who attacked Cobra, even though it came from Cobra's left side. Imu was in the middle of talking to him and if a Gorosei just interjected and killed him that would be too bold. And it looked like a Devil's tail which would fit Imu just too perfectly. Being the antithesis of Luffy's fruit I would imagine his fruit gives him "ridiculous" powers like Luffy's when he created sunglasses out of nothing. Being a devil, I could see him being able to make deals exchanging souls for power. Like the op-op fruit was only used on him, but he can freeze aging for up to 5 people at a time. This would tether 5 powerful people to always serving him because if they ever went against him, he'd just remove that power and they'd die.

So we know now that the Nefertari family are part of "the good guys" - which creates the problem that Joyboy must have been a bad or questionable guy? How else would we justify Lily going against JB with the other 19 kingdoms? I propose the solution that there was a third faction - the Lunarians. They were described as "Gods" by Whitebeard and we know they once resided in Mary Geoise. Maybe Joyboy, Lily and Imu were all part of the 20 kingdoms that rebelled against the Lunarians who reigned as kings. After they won, there were 2 factions among the 20 kingdoms: One side wanted one of them (Imu) to rule instead of the Lunarians, the other side did not want a monarch to rule them all. A war amongst the 20 kingdoms ensued with the Imu faction winning but faking the "empty throne" to appease the kingdoms that were not on his side and prevent further war. This way, Joyboy and the Nefertari can both be "good guys", Imu has a motivation and we know who dethroned the Lunarians and how it happened.

Hey Joyboy, KZbin comment here. I think you might actually be on to something with Imu being a dragon. But not just *A* dragon, more specifically the yellow dragon - kohryu/Huánglóng. I might be grasping at straws but the yellow dragon represents the 5th element, in Chinese mythology it represents the element of earth (fitting since we have Luffy representing the sun while the gorosei + ancient weapons being named after planets). However, in Japanese mythology, the yellow dragon can rarely, very rarely, also be used to represent the 5th element of void. Which would fit with “MU”. The yellow dragon is referred to as the 5th symbol and is placed in the center of the cosmos, usually in the center of the north, east, south, and west. Funnily enough a perfect example/diagram of what this would look like is the 5 circled symbol of the world government. Chinese mythology also states that the “yellow emperor” turned into the yellow dragon and as a result lead to the phase “children of the dragon”.

My theory as to why Dofi needed the ope-ope no mi is because to swap bodies with someone, you'll need the personality switch ability. However, Imu is immortal and immortality is tied to the soul; so when Dofi switches into Imu's body, he wouldn't be immortal while Imu would be immortal in Dofi's body. That's why Dofi needs both abilities, to swap into the body and to also make himself immortal like Imu already was. Who knows, maybe if Imu's body lost it's immortality, it would wither away immediately due to how old it is. This situation kind of ties back into Brook, if Brook found his body immediately, he might have been able to preserve it and not turn into bones. Brook will be the MVP because he will be the only one that can damage an immortal being since he damages the soul, like he did with Big Mom and the homies.

Perhaps each of their minds are in there and they take turns being in control, and we just happen to be on Imu's turn. commenting early on while i watch, about the doflamingo and ope ope no mi bit. if you notice the specific wording, Doffy mentions the ability to switch bodies, says if he had the ope ope no mi he'd have been able to use it to rule the world, and THEN after that him and law discuss the other aspect of the fruit which is the immortality surgery. it's very likely that Doffy is aware of Imu's existence, thus blackmailed the gorousei into letting him act like a celestial dragon to his whims lest he reveal that truth to the world. the 'national treasure' would have been an immortal body, or maybe there's more traits to it than just that. essentially i think that doffy was thinking more in the lines of switching bodies with Imu whom he saw on the throne, become immortal and rule over the world unopposed. the mention of the immortality surgery right after would be a narrative device, essentially the context of the conversation has become more relevant now that we have proof imu is an immortal king who was part of the 20 monarchs and has been alive since the VC. in a way it both implies that doffy was aware of imu's immortality to deduce that stealing the body would render him the undisputed ruler of the world, AND that the reason imu is immortal is that specific surgery/operation. oda never fucking misses my dude. now back to the rest of the discussion :P

Well to be honest, this chapter almost makes it seem like Imu is... i dont want to say oblivious but maybe unmotivated or even unsure to go after the poneglyhs. As hes not certain what Lili even did right? That single line where he questions Lilis overall intention makes it seem like he knows even less than we originally thought he did? Which i can see plausible within the normal lifespan of a human. However, there no way i can believe IF he has lived for all this time why on earth he wouldnt have some of or at the very least knowledge of the Poneglyphs. Even if he had no real interest, 800 years is a long fkin time.

mu is the ultimate good guy... mu was split similar to vega punk but with the immortality surgery removing all that was bad thusly making them pure and immortal with the bad turing into the gorosei and the "prime" mu. They did this to purify themselves and now live on laughtale alone like a monk or hermit as a pure good being. This being is the missing piece and must combine with the rest of itself back into one piece.

I like the content I don’t have problem with anything in the video except for one glaring problem actually that entire one piece fandom seems to pushing. Which is the narrative that Imu is in fact a female when not once since the introduction of the character who is always shown in dark shadowy silhouette has ever been referred to as a male or a female not even once. Any time elders have ever spoken about or too Imu they have never said anything about imu gender. So I’m finding hard to understand why everyone who makes one piece content and really one piece fans who talk about it in comments on social media have all decided that Imu is a female when there’s no evidence suggest that and likely the only reasons people believe imu is female is because of the name that sounds feminine and body figure being skinny that everyone has just decided that’s good enough 100% conclude imu is in fact female and yet oda has not once ever shown what imu looks like but apparently that’s good enough for everybody else. You don’t need order to confirm it because you just assume old is going to confirm that imu is a female. I just think it’s irresponsible as content creators to push a narrative by claiming every time that Imu is female and no one knows that yet. That has been the conclusion within the one piece fandom since the characters introduction for years now and if in fact Imu is actually a male then it’s going to make everybody look incredibly stupid and invalidate every single theory that involves imu being female as center of those theories so it would be better and more responsible to wait on deciding what this character actual gender is whether it’s male or female until oda finally confirms it. I will have no problems either if Imu is female I think that would be fantastic for oda to do and I would support it 100% but until he does I’m not going to go around and claim imu is female when that isn’t actually known and believe me if you think I’m wrong i challenge any of you to go back read anything from any chapter that involves imu which is very little by the way and find any dialogue that 100% confirms that Imu is female. In Japan there are tons guys who have names that sound feminine that you would think should be for a girl but is actually a guys name and vice versa some names you think would be for a guy but is actually for a girls name. That’s all im saying and my only problem with this video but other then that great content and keep up the good work.

So JB...I have this head cannon theory that's been rattling around in my head...with the stories joy boy obviously being cartoon based Ive started wondering if she elder stars and emu won't just so happen to end up being very "cartoonish" once their silhouettes get revealed...like maybe joy boy was a cartoon or comic from pre void century.. maybe a child wished to be this cartoon they loved so much and arrives the Nika Nika fruit... Like what if the whole damn story is tom and Jerry like...Joy boy is jerry and imu is tom. With the way oda writes who would be surprised if the gorosei end up being like yugioh toon world to counter luffy
