Followed the face mask remedy (Cinnamon+ honey) for continuously 2 weeks (every alternate day) ,and i'm so thankful to you @priety prerna ,my pimples r gone ,today there r no new pimple on my face, only the old ones (that r left with cyst) slowly healing with the mask,(whenever I apply the mask it helps the cystic pimples to convert in Whitehead and Whitehead are removed by little pressure) , and I also worked for my constipation problem even though I have healthiest food possible, the reason could be lack of cardiovascular activities, so I included dance and zumba for 40 minutes daily in my routine. Both things r working like a magic for my skin , Lastly ,I don't apply any other think on my face except for toner (stored boiled green tea water).
