Try some brocoli with spicey guacamole!! Celery and pb is badass. For hydration nothing compares to watery fruits. Watermelons and pears are some of the best

@lapmmafighter lol....nah it isn't that bad, I get the furnace burning every day so I don't have any issues with weight.

@carlo4528 supplements wise: fish oils are really good, glucosamine is magic for joints (recommended), vitamin D. Any meats high in fats, seafood, extra virgin olive oil, leafy greens

@pulvaris lol...thanks for that. Yeah like i said, they tend to be kinda high on the sodium, the sea salt is a better way to go. Check out my facebook mang, thems is pugs in that cage

I heard that soups can be high in salt...and they evaporate the water to leave the salt Jojo, not the other way round, its a type of fractional distiliation...wow never thought I'd ever be able to use that factoid. ahahaha whats in the cage on the floor...is that an animal?

Have you ever messed around with blood type diet? I am 0- and pretty much considered a meat eater. I have alays stuck to wheat breads and noodles and baked potatoes and peanuts and well pretty much a bunch of things that are a no no. I am 6"1 201 empty and fight 185. But I guess your blood type changes the way your body uses food. It is tough to find meals that the rest of the family will eat and still meet my needs. BTW I gave the darce from side a shot today. Messed it up. Missed the trap step
