I can see Meghan rebottling jam she purchased somewhere and giving it as a gift with her homemade American Riviera Orchard label on it, but I cannot see it being sold to the public in any malls or any other way. This would require compliance with a whole very large list of regulations covering the actual production of the jam not to mention the fact that she cannot trademark the name American Riviera Orchard, so how is she going to even enter into contract negotiations with anyone to produce those products?
