As a native of north Jersey, I must say that the Jersey Sloppy Joe isn't really a Jersey Sloppy Joe. The bread needs to be thinner (and not marbled) to make the ratios of meat to bread better and there needs to be a choice of meats (turkey, ham, pastrami, corned beef, roast beef, or sliced beef tongue). Me, I love a Turkey Joe!

There is too much use of industrial waste food product with the good food. This place is not on the level of the other places. But that makes sense, since they have only been open a short while. The potential is there, if they can use their own food rather than needing special help from Nabisco or whatever it is.
