Bought a new inverter and on the same day it malfunctioned. They have no proper support channel and there is no proper mail or sms communication. Even the complaint number is told to you verbally. And on top of this their support staff misbehaves and waste your time. Even after escalating the complaint it took them one more week and in total 2 weeks to replace the faulty battery. While giving the replacement i was asked to get the new battery installed by myself which was again very disappointing. Anyone reading this comment should think while buying their product as just the product with pathetic after sales service is no good.

अभी तक बड़े बैटरी कंपनी जैसे Exide, अमर राजा जैसी कंपनी लिथियम बैटरी के क्षेत्र में नहीं आई है। इसलिये थोड़ा इंतजार करना बेहतर होगा। वो सर्विस दे सकते हैं। छोटी कंपनी कब कंपनी का नाम बदल लेगी वारंटी के डर से क्यों की अभी तो लंबे-चौड़े वादा कर देंगे। बाद में गायब हो जाएंगे। ऐसा मेरा मानना है।

Yeh wala model mein wifi nhi hai,, aur bluetooth ka range bhi bohot kam hai, bluetooth connect kiya toh inverter ke nazdhik jana padta hai, ek room se dusre room mein bluetooth nhi connect ho raha hai. Overall this is the perfect Inverter for my home, mere taraf se 4.5 Stars.

We received the product today, but the warranty is missing. The required dongle for checking the warranty should have been included. The product price ranges from 60,000 to 70,000. When we contacted the service center, they informed us that the dongle is currently out of stock and suggested we check back next week. They mentioned the dongle costs around 1,200 and will send it once it is available and paid for. Its must have device to check this product. Also service and Installation is not provided by the company. Main unit is available on Amazon and Flipkart, but this same 4000 va model is available with two pricing with different display.

Sorry to say that your inverter units are immatured. My first LI 1100 found faulty, replaced unit is still faulty.Waiting for again replacement. I take risk to adopt new product in market, but become difficult to trust if I don't get support. For example I've adopted BLDC fan in year of 2016, but I got huge immediate support from Superfan whenever faced problem.Expect the same from your company.
