Mad one...watching the filming of that, was filmed at County Boxing Club in Leyton, East London. Where I did some amateur Boxing in my youth. I was like wow Shanes moved to my hood, but alas, it was just for filming the documentary :).

Wow, this is actually YOUR channel and you're so famous. Damn, you are an incredible trainer with so much knowledge and you also lead by example with your fitness goals. I am a recently-turned professional flyweight boxer from South Africa and content like this motivates me to get to the highest level. All the best coach!

Never met Shane but he appears to be one of the very best coaches in Boxing today. Had the pleasure of meeting his father three or four times and he is a total gent. First time I was a young junior amateur and met Barry during my school lunchtime in the Army and Navy dept store in Victoria where he was signing autographs. He took the time to ask about my boxing and also offered advice on my roadwork. Met him as a adult a couple of times over the years and he always stops to talk boxing.

Hi Shane , loved your ‘Stable’ doc, so was great to see this , and subscribe . I’m 59 , ex amateur , training 4-5 days per week ( weights and bags) , and also dad to a 2 year old . ( I agree, best feeling when you get home and they want nothing more than to be with you ) Apart from mild niggles and aches, it’s great to have energy, health and drive. More power to you and your team. 👍🇮🇪

Loved it. Couldn't agree more with Shanes comments about nothing beating being a father and hearing 'Daddy'. No matter how bad your day that turns it all around. Great to see BTS, would love more content like this. I'm trying to inspire more everyday people to get into boxing with my coaching, would love the opportunity to visit you and Josh one day for a session!

Shane is molding Azim into a complete fighter🔥 His inside fighting was really impressive against ohara davies last time out. If theres anything adam lacks in, its his defense. Having your chin up, right hand down, and backing up in straight lines can get you caught at world level. And maybe im nitpicking, but his finishing ability could use some work too. He throws big single shots instead of combinations when he hurts his opponents. I think he would benefit from a few camps out in 🇺🇸

Shane can you do an in depth vid on your own diet and nutrition?
@billlewis921419 күн бұрын
Think its a great idea to show what the pro trainers are doing to stay ahead of the game, i followed the gym for years but have 1 question... where are the dogs there is usually a bull dog knocking about 😂? Look at who the guys have trained and looks whos left and never reaches the heights once they left.

They ripped him off. Love Shane as a coach but it’s well documented they rip fighters off or his old man does and Carl won the case so he wasn’t wrong

Frampton did very well with the McGuigans who served him well. I would not hesitate in advising a fighter to go with them.

To be honest, I didn’t come here to watch you train, you’re just an average person in terms of athletic ability. I came here to see your fighters train and the behind-the-scenes of professional boxing. Just a tip for you👍

Disclaimer - I am going to be showcasing what I do day to day for the average athlete (like myself) hopefully raise awareness for Young Lives vs Cancer the charity I’m running for & how to fit that around a physically demanding job. Some of my fighters won’t want their sessions broadcast over KZbin so there will be snippets but not a tutorial page.
@Leewoods12319 күн бұрын
@ fair enough, I just wasn’t expecting so much about your training when you’re known for being a boxing trainer. I’m surprised you have found the time to reply to KZbin comments anyway during your half episode of Netflix before you fall asleep😉👍
@rjworldsportsnews17 күн бұрын
To be fair - aiming for a Sub 2:45 marathon and a sub 1:18 half marathon is not an average athlete - only a very small percentage of runners can achieve those sort of times
@Leewoods12317 күн бұрын
@ it is average compared to a pro boxer!
