Just a man and a car at 200mph nothing else exists...except the mountains and rough terrain at the end of the lake bed

The world misses an all new high tec equiped (1) asphalt track - at least 200 yards wide, 6 to 7 miles long for general public high Speed sports (gphss). 1 - Megawatts of high speed solar electricic chargers installed - for the coming EV high speed car challenges as well. A showcase for the charging industry.
