This very channel had recently an informative video on Rwandese history: they surely controlled at times parts of what is now DRC but most of the time they didn't even control all Rwanda even. Whatever the case it's not really a Rwanda vs DRC war but a very long war between the privileged Tutsi minority (a true caste of oligarchs) and the Bantu majority also inside Rwanda, where Kagame and his Tutsi regime are dictators with US-British support (via Uganda and now also Kenya).
