It's not a human phenamenon to kill civilians even if they're fighting for a long time. Salahuddin didn't slaughter the Crusaders when he conquered Jerusalem. With all due respect, Ami kept repeating the word "democracy" in refrence to a country that doesn't even have a constitution.

Britain also doesn’t have a constitution and is democratic. Same for many other counties. Israel is the only democratic country in the Middle East. Arab countries don’t support democracy, they have monarchy or dictatorship as governing systems

it has Basic Laws. i've listened extensively to britain's natasha hansdorff on int'l law and several british legal scholars. the consensus is that there's great admiration for israel's legal system.

From my understanding of Ami, he wants to preserve a Jewish state, and he understands the danger of settlement building. But his answer to evacuation of settlement shows that it's a lost case. It's over that two states solution is over

Beware the HASBARA DEMON stalking you, I got this exact reply from the same poster account trollling me in response to an even-handed comment I made including admiration of Ami Ayalon's impressive military and security achievements for Israel. He was the head of the Navy and the head of their SBS equivalent - he is no soft-touch liberal, and he speaks a lot of sense. This seasoned and proven ex- Special Forces warrior Ami has seen it all and done it all and is totally right when he speaks about the War of Ideas. More than that, he correctly states that 99% of the world including friends and allies all support s 2-state solution - if you give the average downtrodden and exhausted Palestinian a future worth believing in, great news - that very same day, 'H' is FINISHED and become an obscure little political group. When he criticises the violent extreme settlers - that is arguably positive, as their violence does nothing to help people who want to support and defend Israel

@@kathleentrinity7367there is no palastanines nation and they have no territory. They are Arab economic migrants who came from neighbouring Arabs counties to the land during the British colonization 100 yrs ago. They came to work there. They have their own countries to rtn to (Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Saudi….), some also came from the Kurdistan region. The pure Arabs consider them to be “impure mongrels” and inferior, therefore don’t merry or mix with them. It’s fascinating to read the academic historical literature on this. If u read it, it will assist your understanding of the issue.
