One 'producer, musician, etc' I always highly admired is Bill Laswell. He was always on point with what I liked. "Material, Word Sound, Sly and Robbie, Axiom, Funkadelic, Fela, Miles, Pharaoh Sanders, Sonny Sharock etc. Tony Williams, Henry Threadgill, Ginger Baker, Bootsy, Bernie Worrell, William Burroughs Bucket Head, Dub, world music, dance, etc etc etc. Laswell is a talent with vision.

This first part was a trip to hear- the group with Bill and Peter Apfelbaum on saxophone, Will Bernard on guitar, both jazz players from the Berkeley area. I've known of them and heard them play around town. Very cool. He said he has known Peter forever. Surprizing news to me.

Motown had great recording’s although I wasn’t a soul fan but I made up for it. Listening only to a certain style like we usually do in our youth brings a lot of limitations but on later age you understand

Moving to Germany would have been good as you have a much better healthcare than in the US. Musically nothing could have done better and the legacy will stand the test of time.
