Danai not only has the bearing of a queen though she is also highly intelligent, artiuclate and responsible. When trying to learn a culture differing from our own the only way is to be there on the ground and speak with the people, in their tongue wherever possible. Danai is on point with this version of research. When I went to Haiti for a long time I ensured that when lunch time was near I would sit with the women who were cooking and listen intently. This is how I learnt the language and how the society operates. Woman are informative and caring, and this is the most amazing way to learn. Of course, this was coupled with what I was doing there and mixing with many people. The women however gave me the gift of knowledge of the society as a whole, which enabled me to move within that society and experience everything else whilst I was there. For me, there is no other artist I would prefer to spend a length of time with and learn from other than Danai Gurira.

I was watching Danai's interviews on Black Panther and she was always speaking about playwrighting. Then I wanted to learn more about playwrighting itself so I went to American Theatre Wing to watch play related videos. I did not expect there would be a video with Danai Gurira in it AT ALL! Wtf?! The coincidence! Anyway, I love her. Can't wait to hear her speaking about plays for 51 fucking minutes! Oh, God... you do exist. Thank you...

I like her American accent. The details of her work on her Broadway show Eclipse is very fascinating. I used to watch her as Michonne on The Walking Dead until about season 8. And I think I watched some of Black Panther. I especially love when her character in Black Panther hated wearing wigs! It was so cute.

Hey Danai you so bad ,After you the walking dead become so bad !!! you not suitable to this serial. Have no idea why those made this wrong decision take you in. Because of you I can't watch this wonderful serial anymore. Anyways I found a solution, where ever you appear I wind forward.
