In conversation with Shamsul Islam

Shamsul Islam is one of the boldest fighters against the communal politics in India and South Asia. He was principal of Satyawati College, Delhi University and taught political science. Dr Shamsul Islam is a prolific writer and columnists with many newspapers and online journals. His book, Muslims against Partition, is an important document of history of modern India. Prof Islam is influenced by Marxist ideals and has spoken against all forms of oppression based on religion.
