I'm from Ladakh and I don't speak Tibetan but I watch sometimes Tibetan news and programmes. And sometimes it's very hard to understand anything but then sometimes quite easy, maybe it's because of the accents they are using if I'm not wrong, as I hv heard there are many Tibetan dialects like Amdo Kham etc. Anyway here Tsering Yangzom la was very clear and easy for me to understand more than the host lady, but I don't know why.
